TaskRabbit, a rapid growth online and mobile marketplace, has chosen Playvox to support it's quality practices for evaluating agent skills when resolving trouble tickets and interacting with customers.  Over 130 support agents will use Playvox.  TaskRabbit, based in San Francisco, CA, matches freelance labor with local demand, allowing consumers to find immediate help with everyday tasks, including cleaning, moving, delivery and handyman work. 
Playvox allows Zendesk customers to deploy QA software quickly with zero friction.  Customers typically start with the Quality Assurance application with the option of expanding to the full Agent Optimization Suite over time.  The suite supports multiple service operation practices for quality evaluations, performance management, learning, coaching, and motivational features fully integrated on a single platform. The Playvox platform is architected to support small, medium, and large service operations.  Particularly designed with enterprise features such as single sign on, multi-site management, scalability, and SOC2 compliance.
