Now you are able to use Workloads as a standalone feature!
What does this mean? Well, if you don't have an integration, you will still be able to create workloads for your teams, they just work a bit differently.
In this case there will be no filters to choose from, therefore, creating a workload as standalone will only assign analysts' the number of evaluations to be completed from the selected team members and not based on an integration's interactions.
You will be able to have Regular Workloads (based on interactions from an integration) and Standalone Workloads simultaneously.
