When editing workloads you can now, with just one click access directly the workloads reports view. Works the other way around too: from the Reports view to the edit view seamlessly.
3. New Workloads Report Detail View
When in the Reports view you can now access the details for evaluated interactions per Analyst and per Agent.
This enhancement applies to both customers using integrations or customers in standalone mode.
4. Access to Completed Evaluation Results from within Workload Interactions
Now analysts can access completed evaluation results directly from an interaction inside a Workload.
