Quality & Coaching Reports + General enhancements

We've developed brand new Quality & Coaching Reports that will help you better understand in detail your team's and own evolution over time. We've included new and more detailed reports (trends to track QA evolution) for: Admins, Agents, Team Leaders, Analysts, and Coaching effectiveness/satisfaction. Enhancements include: simplified view of "My reports" and "My stats", evaluation filter for agents, unified drafts and multi evaluator option in the NEW status filter in the evaluations tab, new location of the option of the manual evaluation within the evaluations tab. And by the way, now only SuperAdmins will have access to billing.
