Playvox Quality: Creating Multiple Filters & Quick Filters

Multiple Filters (Filter Groups)

When creating customer interaction filters in Playvox you are now able to also create multiple filters (Add Filter Groups) - you can add as many filter groups as you would like.

Quick Filter

When working directly with interactions in the Quality module, you will find that now you can also add multiple filter groups using the Quick filter function.
